Email your court documents to info@gtaprocessserver.com. Please include the respondent’s current address and any special instructions (e.g., “best time to catch them is after 6 PM”).

Review & Confirmation

A real human reviews your files for completeness to ensure nothing is missing. We will reply immediately with a quote and a secure invoice (payable via E-Transfer).

Dispatch & Service

Once confirmed, your file is assigned to a local driver. We make up to 3 distinct attempts—morning, evening, and weekend—to maximize the chance of a successful serve.

Proof of Service

Success. You will receive an immediate email update confirming the time and date of service, followed by the original sworn, court-ready Affidavit of Service via mail.
