We charge one flat rate across the Metro GTA — no zone math, no mileage fees inside our core zones (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oshawa, and more). See our Services & Rates page for exact pricing. The only extras are commissioning ($7/exhibit), rush upgrades, and printing ($0.50/page).
Not inside our core flat-rate zones — the rate is the rate. For rural or long-distance addresses outside those zones, mileage is $0.85/km, calculated round-trip from the edge of the nearest flat-rate zone.
Two distinct attempts at the respondent’s address, varied across mornings, evenings, and weekends to maximize success.
Standard service: first attempt within 3–4 business days. Same Day: guaranteed attempt within 24 hours if ordered before the daily cutoff. Next Day: next business day. Immediate Rush: attempt within 4 hours.
Immediate email confirmation once service is effected, followed by a sworn and commissioned Affidavit of Service that complies with all Ontario court requirements.

If personal service proves impossible, we can advise on next steps such as substituted service or a motion for validation, in line with the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.
